Dry Mix Ingredients (for about 10 waffles)

  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Optional for flavor:

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

To Store:
Mix all dry ingredients well and store in an airtight container.


To Make Waffles (per batch, about 4 waffles)

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter or oil
