How much will shipping cost?

The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout.

Do you offer express shipping?

If you like to expedite your order, please select an expedited delivery option during the checkout process and note the additional shipping cost. Orders placed after 3 pm EST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.

How long will it take until I get my package?

Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. We do our best to get your order out the door and on its way the business day after you place it.

FedEx, USPS, and UPS do not make guarantees on transit times due to unforeseen factors, such as weather.

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order directly at our warehouse. In this case there are no ship cost or handling charges. Orders can be picked up Mon-Fri 10am through 4pm (except holidays). Orders are usually ready 3h after they have been received. You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick up.
