1. Mix: Combine the contents of the baking mix with the amount of water specified in the instructions.

2. Knead & Rest: Use "dough program" to knead the dough & allow to rest.

3. Baking Cycle: Since bread machines operate at lower heating intensities than conventional ovens, utilize the Custom Mode to extend the baking duration by approximately 50% beyond the package instructions. Additionally, select the "Dark" crust setting to maximize the appliance's thermal output, ensuring the internal temperature reaches the levels necessary for a thorough bake.

4. Readiness Check: Approximately 10 minutes before the cycle concludes, perform a "skewer test" by inserting a wooden skewer into the center of the loaf; if it does not come out clean, continue extending the baking duration in 10-minute increments until the core is fully set.

5. Extraction & Cooling: Immediately upon completion of the cycle, remove the loaf from the baking tin to prevent condensation buildup; allow the bread to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing to ensure the internal crumb structure has fully set.

You can easily create a bread that tastes just like it came from the baker—gluten-free—in the shortest possible time.

All further details regarding preparation can be found on the packaging of your bread baking mix.

Please note: Do not use the standard Gluten-Free mode from your bread machine.
The standard "Gluten-Free" mode fails because it is designed for light, starchy loaves rather than our heavy, dark mixes, resulting in a baking cycle that is far too short and a temperature that never reaches the required temperature to set the dense core. Additionally, the preset's rising phases are typically too brief for our doughs, and the machine's sealed environment traps the high moisture content inside, causing the bread to "steam" and remain mushy rather than bake through.

Please make sure to follow our instructions from this site and check if dough is ready before the end.
