This gluten-free and vegan bread mix bakes an airy loaf that smells wonderfully like a fresh bakery. The flavor is slightly sweet and neutrally mild, making it the perfect all-rounder. Quality from Germany.

Easy Baking instructions

(1) Place a baking tray or dish with 27oz (800ml) of water on the lowest rack of the oven. Insert additional oven rack in the middle & preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) upper & lower heat.

(2) Grease a loaf pan (approx. 9-10“) or line it with baking paper.

(3) Mix the entire baking mix with 21.8oz (645ml) of lukewarm water.

(4) Fill the dough into the pan and smooth it out with damp hands. Moisten the surface of the formed dough & cut the surface of the loaf lengthwise.

(5) Place the shaped dough on the oven rack and bake for 90min.

(6) Afterward, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack.

(7) Optionally, add 0.5oz (15g) yeast & 0.5oz (15g) sugar to the dough under (3) to create an even tastier bread.
