Our Rich Grain Bread is a gluten-free and vegan bread mix packed with valuable dietary fiber and seeds. Made in Germany, it offers a strong, earthy flavour and a firm, moist texture.

Tip: A wonderful partner for vegetable-rich spreads (e.g., beetroot spread), avocado and sprouts, or alongside a large bowl of lentil soup.

  • Consumption: The product must be thoroughly heated before consumption. Do not consume the bread mix or dough raw.
Easy Baking instructions

(1) Place a baking tray or dish with 27oz (800ml) of water on the lowest rack of the oven. Insert additional oven rack in the middle &preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) upper & lower heat.

(2) Grease a loaf pan (approx. 9-10“) or line it with baking paper.

(3) Mix the entire baking mix with 16.2oz (480ml) of lukewarm water. We recommend kneading the dough by hand for up to two minutes until it feels smooth. For best results, let the dough rest for 30–60 minutes before proceeding.

(4) Fill the dough into the pan and smooth it out with damp hands. Moisten the surface of the formed dough as well.

(5) Place the shaped dough on the oven rack and bake for 80min. Shortly before the end of the baking time, test if the bread is done by inserting a long wooden skewer into the center. If no dough sticks to the skewer, the bread is ready. If dough still sticks to it, bake for another five minutes and then test again.

(6) Afterward, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack. When opening the oven, be cautious of escaping hot steam. Carefully remove the water dish once it has cooled down slightly.

(7) Optionally, add 0.5oz (15g) yeast & 0.5oz (15g) sugar tothe dough under (3) to create an even tastier bread.
