The perfect balance of light and dark flavour, naturally gluten-free and vegan. This versatile bread mix from Germany has a balanced, slightly tangy taste and is medium-dark.

Tip: Ideal with everything you like! Try it with sweet jams and butter for breakfast, or topped with pickles and cold cuts in the evening, or with olives, cheese, and a glass of red wine.

  • Bread Shelf Life: Stored in a dry and dark place, the bread stays fresh for several days—frozen, it will keep for several months.
  • Consumption: The product must be thoroughly heated before consumption. Do not consume the bread mix or dough raw.
Easy Baking instructions

(1) Place a baking tray or dish with 27oz (800ml) of water on the lowest rack of the oven. Insert additional oven rack in the middle & preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) upper & lower heat.

(2) Grease a loaf pan (approx. 9-10“) or line it with baking paper.

(3) Mix the entire baking mix with 16.9oz (500ml) of lukewarm water.

(4) Fill the dough into the pan and smooth it out with damphands. Moisten the surface of the formed dough & cut the surface of the loaf lengthwise.

(5) Place the shaped dough on the oven rack and bake for 105min.

(6) Afterward, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack.

(7) Optionally, add 0.5oz (15g) yeast & 0.5oz (15g) sugar to the dough under (3) to create an even tastier bread.
